Mission and ministry are the responsibility of every Anglican. We believe that we are a reflection of God’s love in the world. Each of our parishioners tries to live out their baptismal vows in personal ways within their families and communities.
Our communities are always working to discover how they can be active in their communities. Here are just a few examples of how our communities reach out.
All three of our churches support Bouffe Pontiac (our local food bank). We are currently hosting a Bouffe Pontiac Satellite Pick up location twice a month in collaboration with the Pontiac Ministerial Association. If you would like to use this service please contact Bouffe Pontiac Directly. This service is free of charge.
Our parish recently took part in the Big Give (a national day of generosity) for the 3rd time. We also hold a winter clothing drive along with a one day event – Pop-Up Shop where people can come and shop for free on the first Saturday in November.
Every Friday night members of the community and local musicians can be found at the Hooley. A get together to relax and enjoy a wide variety of music. (free will offering)
Our Churches also support our Mental Health Initiative.
