Rent the fully accessible HUB for any event

The newly renovated hall at St. Paul’s, Shawville, is available for rent at any time. 

It is bright and inviting for a special birthday party or wedding. It has a new professional fridge, freezer and stove with an oven that will fit full-size catering pans. 

The new flooring makes it easy to clean up messes, is smooth for dancing or yoga and has a labyrinth in the center for meditation retreats.

There is also a stage available for use.

NOTE: If you are requiring multiple dates (such as recurring meetings), please indicate all of the dates. For example, you would like to book Wednesdays for one month, then you will indicate the all of the dates and times of the bookings to provide better clarity.

** Please note that you are responsible for obtaining an appropriate permit from the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux – RACJ. A copy of the permit/license will be required for our records. If you already have a permit, please upload it below.

SPECIAL NOTE: Here are a few options for purchasing insurance online.

  • HUB International
  • DUUO – This is a program offered directly by Cooperators Insurance Group and is offered online directly to the renter.
  • PAL Insurance Brokers Canada – This product is offered by PAL Insurance, which specializes in special event insurance. Here too, the renter deals directly with PAL Insurance.
